The Dalton Fire Company Horse Show is recognized by the Northeastern Pennsylvania Horseman's Association (NPHA). Every class offered that is covered by the current rules and specifications of the organization will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith. USEF rules will govern the conduct of all other classes offered.
